Pragmatic are pleased to announce a distributorship agreement with Kittiwake-Holroyd

We have successfully concluded a distributorship agreement with Kittiwake-Holroyd and are really excited to have this chance to work with such a well-known company.  We are looking forward to helping customers with choosing acoustic emission products to suit their particular needs. Kittiwake-Holroyd produce a range of innovative and easy-to-use Acoustic Emission measurement devices, including the proven Machine Health Checker (MHC) range. The MHC-Memo Pro portable device (right) comes with software for in-depth analysis and routine data-collection and trending. With its Super-Slo mode the MHC-Memo Pro is capable of monitoring equipment rotating at speeds below 1 rpm.

New into the marketplace is the handheld Bearing Checker (left) which monitors the high frequency signals indicative of rolling bearing failure. The Bearing Checker is quick, simple to use, easy to read and interpret and economically priced. It provides a clear indication of dB and Distress* values, allowing one-off assessment of rolling element bearing condition.

Acoustic emission (AE) technology is capable of successfully monitoring a wide range of equipment that is usually nigh impossible to monitor using traditional vibration analysis, including bearings which do not undergo complete rotations, sliding and linear bearings, reciprocating mechanisms and very slowly moving machinery. We can offer a range of wired and wireless AE sensors and systems for online monitoring or troubleshooting of difficult applications as well as a consultancy / solution development service for those difficult cases.
